Helix lucorum, known commonly as the Turkish Snail, is a species of large, edible, air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Helicidae, the typical snails.

 

We are supplied alive wild land snails from the Western, Central, and Eastern Black Sea regions in Turkey.

In accordance with the "Circular No. 6/1 on the Regulation of Commercial Aquatic Products Fishing (Circular No: 2024/20)" of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey, we supply land snails between the following dates:

March 1 - May 31

Autumn Season:
September 1 - December 15
